When you book online, you are booking for the first session, which enables you to taste the process and decide if you would like to continue for the 6 session package.
6 Sessions, 60 minutes each session.
Every coaching session combines the understanding you need and practical exercises to help you connect with your somatic wisdom.
Session 1
• Clarifying what you want to achieve – what is your somatic whisper?
• Learning some somatic tools for the journey – grounding and creating safe space
• Building a fence for your journey – structure for success
Session 2
• Somatic Model of the mind – why do we get triggered and how to cut it at the source
• Checking in and Checking out – staying connected to our own needs
• How does my body talk to me?
Session 3
• Emotions stuck in the body – where are they and how can the body let them go?
• Discerning what is a trauma response in the body which is showing you where you need healing, and when the body is guiding you to your deeper truth here and now.
Session 4
• Liberating acceptance – what does it mean and why is it important?
• Distinguishing between sensations, emotions and thoughts to clear the fog.
Session 5
• Internal Leadership – how to make decisions that will get you on track towards your authentic joy and stay there.
• Myth busting and courage to follow your somatic wisdom
• Breaking through what is stopping you from listening to you authentic truth in everyday life.
Session 6
• Practices to deepen your trust in you somatic wisdom
• Recap and resourcing for continued implementation in your daily life.
