In this online process you will:
Initial 30min call
• Learn how the process works
• Identify a clear intention and idea of what life would be like if this issues was resolved for you.
• Complete a family history (whatever you may or may not remember is OK). If you are adopted this process is equally powerful for you.
The Family Constellation Session (between 90 minutes and 2 hours)
• Do your own family constellation (focussing on either or mother or father’s lineage) where you can let go trauma you may be carrying from your family.
• Step into how you feel when you no longer carry the intergenerational trauma.
